Haitian airport backlog- what's your suggestion?

There are various people who turn containers into living spaces...it's not that far fetched an idea. THey'd be stinkin friggin hot in the sun, though.

Perhaps the way they are stacked and welded could be designed to enhance wind currents by leaving many open air spaces. (walkways between the 5 or so levels)
