I'm all for that too.

However the issue of nuclear proliferation is not
being handled by ANYBODY in the world these days.

China nurtures the festering problem in North Korea
who certainly will export nuclear weapon know how
not to just states, but to individuals.

And I don't see this problem getting cured even if
America adopts unilateral disarmament.

The bastards out there will rejoice at their new
playground with no monitors, or nice ones like
the Europeans provide.

Nuclear proliferation is being handled, did not Bush just make it possible for India to produce fifty more bombs and will this not compel Pakistan to seek Chinese help to arrive at parity with India.
I wish there was a solution but there isn't, it cannot stop, remember your country leads the rest follow, and we're going to follow you into oblivion.
