Toronto announces patio expansion and sidewalk expansion in order to facilitate dining and drinking.

It's like the death of the cigarette thing where all the bars installed giant hvac systems and outside smoking areas in order to keep the smokers happy because the smokers were a big part of their business.

So the dream is that everyone will enjoy a nice beverage on the sidewalk like in Paris.

Then they just went ahead and banned smoking screwing every restaurant who invested in massive ventilation systems.

So it’s nothing like that.
