The reason the low intellect is present is because the Party of Lincoln ain't the
Party of Lincoln anymore. The Republican mainstream fiscal conservatives
are a rump withing the confines of their own Party. The Tea Party, the Evangelicals
and the Trump Bobble Head Bubba's have hijacked the agenda.
Instead of dialogue and consultation that made America great, there is the dull roar
of insults, innuendo's, half truths and propaganda spewing from and never ending
megaphone of ignorance. Fear not when the election is over the Republicans will
rebuild and the first plank will be Sanity which has eluded them until now.
Something similar to this happened to the party of John A. MacDonald when the Reform Party clip-clopped into Ottawa to clean up the sinful place.
