I checked it out though, and I was rather impressed with what Toby had to say...I found him to have suprising clarity of thought for a horse...

In the year 2000, the Taliban had outlawed opium production in Afghanistan, and intruduced the death penalty for offenders.

Now, under Hamid Karzai, opium production has peaked and is estimated to be 64% higher in the last year alone...

...this reminds me of how the CIA trafficked opium in Cambodia and Laos to fincance the Vietnam war...
