Yeah, yeah. I've read the brochure too but the reality is that when the world price of petroleum tanks, so does the West due to your lack of economic diversity. You are still primarily a one commodity company town and stuck there for the foreseeable future.

You don't know what the 'tanked' price is.

Much like your buddy hoid, you think the break even is close to $100, but as per usual, you're absolutely incorrect.

BTW, how's the GDP (per capita) looking in the eastern provs?... Yep, not so hot and take out the 1 sector that actually employs people (read:auto) and that number resembles a 3rd world nation

Oil carried us through three recessions?

Correct.

Despite the lower activity in the oil sector, the average income of Albertans is still far above the avg for ROC

You still need a new business plan.

My business plan is great... Make lots of $$ and laugh my balls off when idiots looking to boycott the products I produce make endless announcements how they are going to freeze in the dark 'cause they are out of propane.

Natural Gas Set To Fall Even Further

Is that even possible? Can it get any cheaper?
Hopefully the Christie Clark loons are going to wake up and realize that LNG is a dead end. Like Bitumen.
IF the LNG plants had started when we first proposed this it would have been Canada instead of Russia being the big supplier. The naysayers said that ship had sailed 5 years ago as well. AS usual they were wrong then and are wrong now. Mostly the same useful idiots that think we don't need Site C despite BC having to purchase power at times and all these clowns wanting electric cars that need to be charged daily.
Forestry is in the dumpster too yet San group is building a new mill in Pt Alberni, and they don't even have their own timber supply.

And we could have built power generation with that useless stuff instead of flooding valleys with Site C .
Then all the cool people could have saved the planet by charging their electric cars with fossil fuel generated power. Sounds logical.

Nobody drives GMs anymore, anyway except for great grandpa and area backwards hillbillies out in the sticks. You sure don't see them around here and they'll only be missed in Oshawa.

Still very popular out here in the West, but then we do support Canadian made products, (Toyota is the only argument you have on this being assembled in Canada), Do you?
