Never said I believe in the Paris Agreement, and wish the pipeline was still a go across Canada.

Well if where going to have fast technological advancements, We need to find a way for the people who can accomplish it to have the resources to discover it, refine the process, and bring down the cost of production so that it can be competitive against the already established productions.
