Today is the first anniversary of the Brussels attack.
One woman confirmed dead so far. Others are in a "devastating" condition.
Another woman pulled alive from Thames and treated by paramedics.
Conservative MP Tobias Ellwood battled to save the life of police officer.
Met Commander BJ Harrington is making a statement. He says although he is "open-minded" to the motives, it is being treated as a terrorist incident.
Prime Minister Theresa May, who was bundled into her car and driven away as the attacks started, will chair a meeting of the Government's emergency Cobra committee later today, a Downing Street spokesman said.

Police activity 'unprecedented'
The level of police activity outside Parliament is unprecedented, the BBC's Eleanor Garnier says.
Two ambulances have left the Palace of Westminster in the last few minutes, she adds.
London Eye: People held inside capsules
The BBC's Wyre Davies says the London Eye has been stopped and that people who were inside the capsules at the time of the incident are being held there.

Supporters of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria from all over the world should attack citizens of Western states such as the US, France and UK, according to a statement by the group’s spokesman.
Abu Mohammed al Adnani urged the group’s supporters: “If you can kill a disbelieving American or European – especially the spiteful and filthy French – or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever from the disbelievers waging war, including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way, however it may be,” he said.
“Smash his head with a rock, or slaughter him with a knife, or run him over with your car, or throw him down from a high place, or choke him, or poison him.”
