I really, actually LOLed at this. You don't get it, do you? Chances are the kid's parents are ENCOURAGING the stone throwing, and if not, would not dare punish the child for fear the loonies of Hamas would find out.
Innocent until proven guilty.... another "Western" trait in which you obviously know nothing about.
You just assume with your bigoted and ignorant view that their parents are already evil and encouraged their kids to do this.... simply because they're Muslim.
"Chances Are"
Sorry, but your witch hunt mentality doesn't align with "Western Values" which you claim to hold so dearly.
But again, keep trying to twist things to try and justify anything Israel does, you're only fooling yourself and your ignorant buddies.
Even "if" their parents were encouraging their kids to do this (no proof), in a "Western" society, they should have been present during their child's interrogation.
In the west, a child purposely put at risk in such a way would be removed from their parents PERMANENTLY.
What risk?
Their parents encouraging them to throw rocks?
Again, a baseless argument to try and side track further from what I already challenged and you already can't refute. There is not one single thing I presented in that case or in any of the sub linked information in that case that says anything towards such an action was done by the kid's parents.
Again, you completely ignore the information presented, you disregard the actual rights a child in that situation would normally would have protecting him in any other "Western Society" and you continue to side track and shift your goal posts.
It's getting pretty pathetic actually.
In this topic and in the previous topics, you can't even acknowledge that there could be wrong-doings at the hands of Israel, even if they were minor..... you just ignore it all and try and change the subject.
How many kids in the US or Canada have thrown rocks (for whatever reason) and have automatically been taken away from their parents?
Tell me oh wise one.
We are not talking Sharia law here, but law passed by an freely elected legislature. The will of the people. And rule of law was not the only criteria.
Please......
I'll present this yet again because you obviously missed it the first two times:
Unlike the West Bank where Israeli military law applies, East Jerusalem – annexed by Israel in 1967 – falls under Israeli civilian law. In theory, Palestinians in Jerusalem enjoy equal rights to the city’s Jewish residents. But Palestinians say Israel practices discrimination against them when applying the law.
Israel’s Youth Law, which applies inside Israel, including all of Jerusalem, sets the age of criminal responsibility at 12. DCI-Palestine, however, has documented several incidents where much younger children have been detained.
Rule of Law was not the only criteria?
I've already provided you information regarding that precious Legislature..... which you have yet to respond to. I already provided responses and sources to all your other wonderful and magical "Criteria" which again.... you have yet to respond to.
Your ability to simply ignore facts, sources and inability to properly refute while trying to side track to something else to avoid a proper response is about as similar to a Christian trying to defend their belief of Adam and Eve vs. Science.
You blew it in the first line.
Knesset members and ministers belonging to all parties have been indicted for bribery, breach of trust, embezzlement, fraud..
Criminal behaviour exists everywhere, and in the west, is held in check by the democratically imposed rule of law. That these members were indicted, fairly tried, and often convicted despite their privileged position supports MY point, not yours.
Actually no... you fail again.
That source was in reference to your:
Functioning legislature (check)
When a Legislature contains such loopholes and lenient interpretation of the facts by the courts can allow guilty people to walk free from their known crimes, that's not a really "Functioning Legislature."
In fact, it's pretty damn broken.
Try and keep up.
