Teens were sent to the ranches for therapy. They say they found a nightmare of hard labor and humiliation.

Two Christian programs are accused of forcing troubled teens to do heavy farm work. One man says he was branded with a cross. Three women say they were tied to a goat as a punishment.

seriously who ties a kid to a goat? I don't think EITHER of them would be happy about it. Goat's probably wondering "Ok, she might be a bit of a bitch but what the hell did -I- do?"

Wow. The orphanage my dad grew up in would shop the kids out to local farms as labour but I sure didn't hear any stories about them being tied to livestock. That's fucked up on a couple of levels.
