Hmm.... for the record, I didn't post this to be a "bash the US" thread.
Indeed, we have Poutine, which one pizza restaurant near where I live offers additions of Steak, Chicken, Hamburger, etc. on top of the cheese curds, french fries and gravy.
I'm a milkshake guy myself (vanilla though) and besides this info of this nasty milkshake, I was also (slightly) surprised that the MacDonald's triple thick milkshake was so bad..... er.... well the chocolate one is anyways, dunno about the others they offer.

Yeah, they're bad, but only if you make a steady diet of them. If you have a milk shake, I don't think you're gonna keel over dead. The issue isn't the food. Demonizing the food won't change the obesity epidemic. The issue is how we have started making treat food our main food source instead of the dessert or the once every year or so treat it ought to be.

Don't mind if I do! Once I get finished with my P90X program; Maryland Crabs sound pretty good.

I have but mainly as the diet portion, not the workout portion... snooping around goes to show that the person who was doing it was perhaps skipping the key part. I was just thinking you don't strike me as the type who needed a 'diet'... lol.

The diet was just part of it and I am not the type to go on a diet. But if you wanted to get ripped in 90 days you had to follow the whole plan. It worked. The work out part was very aggressive and hard but I did it.
