oh there's plenty of and it evens extends in the reverse to msnbc and fox.
My basic philosophy is trust no one. It's kept me alive.
nope and that's why I used 'some people' instead of a forumish 'you' (that some have to backtrack on later and say, oh, I never meant YOU though  ).
Just clarifying, lol.
those types of sentiments go in a 'quit picking on so and so thread' of course...drive-bys and nitpicks...I'll extend some instances reactionary more than others, especially when it involves a beheading, then the culprit is a man, then a gentleman. ;-)
See now I read that statement and,
if were I to choose something to get up in arms about, it would be about using the horrific murder of two women to backpack their program message on. To me, a clear and firm condemnation of the behaviour is simply a clear and firm condemnation and nothing more. No 'we're really all about this, this is what we're about and that guy (or gentleman if you prefer) was inhumane and barbaric and that's not what we're all about at all'. Again that's if I were to choose.
Being reactionary is understandable, whenever you have a horrific situation like this one. Human beings are emotional creatures, we feel the horror of what's happened and we react to it, that's completely natural and normal. Having said that though, we have to treat it as what it is, a reaction, which we do by analyzing what's being reacted to.....
