comgratulations dixiecup! In the future, have you thought about converting to a pay as you go plan? Keep the balance on the account very low. Then the only surprise would be losing 1 months worth of credits a few weeks earlier than planned.

Pay as you go did not work for my son - so absolutely not!! It cost us a fortune!! No, we'll give it awhile before we try again and the next time it'll be a phone plan with NOTHING on it - just a phone (local calling only). He simply doesn't have the capacity to know his limits.

Incidentally, the bill was revised to $265 of which I paid $145 and asked them to credit the remaining, a portion of which was $76 in late charges. I am still not going to pay them.
