God as I know Him is stable and just in ages past and ages to come. What is unstable is humanity.
But God has taken that into account as part of the environment He placed us in.

He has done the redeeming of His own works by sending His Son Jesus to be appropriation for our sins fore the salvation of all souls.

Now that redemption is available, without any effort on our part except for us to believe and have faith, which we have but to take it.

The rest is to be worked out towards God as the betterment of the flesh as it is tried by fire.

Set of rules are for guidance and for avoidances of pitfalls.

The struggle than is to live right, just and as fair as we can be.

If religion helps us reach those goals, then that is a good thing.

But it is an individual thing between God and us. If we can get that right, then we shall have peace in our hearts even though there be trials and tribulations in our lives.

Of course there will be opposition to what I say, but that does not take away what I believe is true and right.
I neither condemn nor deny anybody from believing what they wish, alls I can do is relate, share and or teach what I know is the love of God by my actions.

If God is in me as I believe, the good works coming from me are not mine, but His.
I am but an instrument who has been honed, tuned, shaped, molded through life's experiences and knowledge in His word for the perfecting of my life and others in contact with my life.

I have no affiliation with any religious group only with those who claim and exercise the benefits of the Kingdom of God.

Those benefits are: having access to His blessings, comfort, peace, joy and contentment.

There are four books of the Bible right? Unfortunately there were many more that were in fact left out of the good book, WHY? In fact the political infighting had already begun, as to what Christ meant, only the four left standing had their voices heard, and the rest were silenced or ignored by history.
Christ spoke often about poverty, hunger, the homeless and those without a voice.
If you are a believer then why not focus on what Jesus thought was important and put aside the childish notion that everything has to be a certain way or Gods gonna get mad.
If God was all that upset he would not have given man free will to chose his/her own path.
Me thinks you are caught up in church politics and not the message that Christ was attempting share with the world.

There are four gospel books of the bible and those being Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Matthew shows the Fleshly Kingship of Jesus
Mark shows the servitude of Jesus as a man
Luke shows healing as the great physician
John shows Jesus in the divine
All the other books point to Jesus as the central figure in the whole skim of things.
Jesus is the beginning of it all , the center of it all and the end of it all.
In effect, Jesus was as God at the day of the cross so that we all may know who God is by Jesus.
So, if you address Jesus, now in your spirit, you are addressing God.
There is no excuse for mankind not to know who God is unless they so desire not to, and of which are many who desire not to.
That of course is their choice.
Jesus as God, delivered all mankind from total eternal annihilation by paying the price for their souls.
We have the choice not to believe in Him yet still be saved. The problem with that is that by not knowing Him, the blessings are limited while yet alive in the flesh.
Knowing Him is joy unspeakable, for we would have access to all that He dare give us as free gifts.
God is a Father and teaches His children by loving correction, not madness.
As a father, I corrected my children to by using the things of the world and my learnt spiritual instructions to teach them how to cope with this world.
Similarly, God teaches us the same way.

Oh goody...more antigay sentiment protected because it's associated with religion and god. Just what the world needs.

Exactly. Hiding behind thousand year old beliefs. Didn't some Nazis claim they were just following orders. The Klan expounded on good christian values while lynching blacks. All cut from same cloth.

There is no authoritative basis for sexual descrimination of any kind if Jesus is the sole authority. The letters of Paul and the book of Leviticus are not 'God breathed', and contain moral error.

The persecutors of homosexuals are responsible for the unuaual rate of suicide. God will welcome the homosexual who does good, and condemn the self-rightous homophobe who promotes evil.

And vice versa.

By the way, since you had FOUR daughters as teenagers,,,is there a cure? Do they become normal again at some point in time.....please say yes even if it's no;-)

Unfortunately, I too went through a divorce and had two daughters to get through "The Time"....

They're both on their own now, but I used horses....

For daughters, horses (or the denial of access thereof) can be a great incentivizer....

By the way, Best of the season, Sanctus....
