Free booze.

Have to wonder why so many Germans are desperately trying to get into Canada if things are so good at home. Probably never saw the graph that proves how good they have it.

Free booze?.. How come I wasn't invited

Germany is distancing itself from being the equivalent of Daddy Warbucks to the rest of Europe.

Although I do believe that Germany will remain at the top of the European economic food-chain, I can sure appreciate how some folks would want to hedge their bets and distance themselves from possibly being pulled down by the rest of Europe

The people I know mostly have had enough of the bureaucracy in Germany. And the high taxes. And the crowding. Although the livable part of Canada is getting pretty close to full.

vs. Florida

Never cared for the tropics. I take my vacations further north rather than going south.

By the way, if I could choose between being in a quaint, medieval European town complete with snow and traditional Christmas market, or being in Florida or California, at this time of year I'd choose the quaint, medieval European town complete with snow and traditional Christmas market.

Stop saying things I agree with, its weird.

Try these factors but mostly it is because the Ukraine will lose the war and Germany and Russian can go back to being friends and build pipelines and rail lines all over the place while NA get the bill. You didn't think we would get to be the ones who never fell did you?

By the pics you have been posting you already have it, a few years of it and you won't be in love with it anymore.
