Well, it looks like we will get our chance to buy Detroit. I hear they're auctioning off all the public assets. The people paid for these parks and museums; corporate developers made a nice profit on government contracts; corrupt public officials pocketed their cut. Now the profiteers can get the sports arenas and expressways at ten cents on the dollar. Not unlike Toronto.
