whats up with iraq?

Less than 24 hours after issuing a press release highlighting the failures of the U.S. military's attempts to oversee humanitarian intervention in Iraq, Voices in the Wilderness was banned from meeting with the U.S. Civil Military Operations Center, or with international journalists working out of the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad.

If the freedom to critique U.S. policies in Iraq regarding humanitarian issues is being curtailed already, then exactly what does this mean for building "democracy" here?

They know that if they restore democracy in Iraq they will be out on their ear quicksmart.

I don't want to know what the Americans are going to do to the Iraqi people. One thing that comes to mind is bomb the hell out of them, impose sanctions and leave.. But they already did the sanctions part last gulf war.

Wnat to know what is going to happen in Iraq. Look over at afghanistan where they too were promised a rebuilding effort. The only thing getting built is an oil pipeline! No schools, roads, or other infrastructure as to speak of.

Democracy in Iraq? Forget it, for if they were really allowed to vote for who they want expect a Shia run government that is VERY friendly to Iran. America will NEVER allow that. Expect like Afghanistan for there to be an american friendly puppet. Iraqis though will probably lob off his head in due time though. You can see it coming already/

i can see it coming man. just like afghanistan, puppets. didnt the nazis setup puppet governments in yugoslavia, slovakia, netherlands, denmark and others just the way americans are? its called world conquering
