Numure, do you know what civil rights are? Civil rights is being allowed to use any public restroom regardless of skin color. Civil rights is being allowed to own a business in your province of birth regardless of enthnicity.

For example, those English speaking folks who have been here for generations and can no longer run a business in Quebec soley in English (due to bill 101) have been violated of their civil liberties as these folks are English speakers (have been for many generations) and not French speakers.

Former premier Robert Bourassa and the United Nations have both stated that civil liberties were being violated in Quebec as a result of bill 101.

Robert bourassa was a total idiot, this guy had no credibility, and united nation has given 70 resolutions to israel regarding their illegal occupation, what guys like you says about this?? ohh isee, they are wrong on israel and right on quebec.

THe united nations are ruled by USA,UK,RUSSIA, CHINA and FRANCE, but none of them really knows what civli liberties means.

Ha Durka -Durka! Once again you will ask logical questions to Logic but don't hold you breathe waiting for an answer...so far it has admited that 1. not a legal Canadian Citizen 2. Admits to being a supporter of Hezzbollah and most of the time to Hamas both terrorists organizations, 3. Can't quite come to terms with admitting where they are located and what country they have been deported or otherwise snuck into canada from...l think l have this right...just started to keep tabs due the terrorist cell affiliation admission. ..since these people are a menace to society...and l don't mean you Logic, just those who support terrorists who have cells internationally...oh, you do support this. hmmmmmmm....

so back to the conversation-
quebec is the most open minded provincy in canada,
--Logic

LOL that is so funny, if they were open minded they wouldn't be so treasonist in trying to not be a part of Canada, how can they be open minded if they want to be deemed 'different' what is open minded about fining canadian english businesses for having english signage, what is so open minded about the unrelenting push to make themselves have such a language and culture barrier that large multi-million dollar industries gave up and moved out of montreal. But, oh, you embrace Karla Holmulka, the depraved sick sex murderer, she fits right in.

how about the truth, that they are intolerant, demanding self-righteous nit-whits...l say move them all to remote island somewhere way up north, and let them have a nation there...they can live in igloos and speak all the bad french they want.

Nonsense?, look at the europe map, italie and france, are beside each other, also, in montreal, there is a italian place where it is called " la petite italie",which on the french side of the city, they are all french, and they will serve you in french, st-leonard which is also mainly itallien is also french, so the schools you went with italians kids were just a minority.

Hmmm, have you ever been to Italy or Europe, Logic7? If you've ever been to Italy you'd realize that the students there learn English as a second language, not French.

Now back to the topic at hand ... Montreal. You say that most Italian Canadians in Montreal speak French instead of English. That is total nonsense. You are however correct in that most Italian Canadians are concentrated on the east side of the city. There is also a substantial population in LaSalle, NDG as well as the West Island. Now lets look at the place where most of them are concentrated ... the eastern part of the Island of Montreal. Lets look at the major English high schools in that area ... John F. Kennedy High, Laurier MacDonald High, Lester B. Pearson High, Rosemount High ...etc). What's the ethnic background of most of the students who attend these schools? Over 80% (in some cases 90%) of the students there are of Italian ancestry. So once again, reiterating myself, Italian Canadians overwhelmingly form a part of the English speaking culture in Montreal, not French.

Hope this finally puts an end to this discussion.

I think all the English people will be required to wear head bands that scream English evil English those who can't speak french will be relagated to jobs in shoddy factories to make white flags at slave wages. The English that can speak French can work in Ottawa as long as a Franco didn't want the job. I shudder to think what will happen to the minorities thou, well Quebec is a socialist province so Welfare for the masses (at Canadian Tax payers expense) will be a god given right just like childcare.:laughing7: :laughing7:

Why can't I get service in french in the rest of the country? Why is every other province english only except New-Brunswick?

We are FRENCH. Live with it. I sure as hell live with the fact that I have to use english if I travel this country. Get use to the fact that you have to use French if you travel this province. Moron.

Umm moron, perhaps you might have missed the point by say a 1000 miles or so. I understand your French and I revel in the diversity of the whole of Canada, but bill 101 is unconstitutional, get used to it moron.

No one has to bend over for any one. Its a ****ing french province. The law doesnt prevent any sign being in any language. It only forces people to put up french on them.

Maybe you missed the point about what it is like in FREE Cnada, where you can drive through Markham and see signs in a multitude of Asian languages. I love it, that is FREDOM. And guess what, no one will fine them if there is no English on them. Thank Gawd for FREE Canada. Vive la Canada.

Yes they are so open minded they wouldn't sign the Constitution, they enforce Draconian laws that violate said Constitution. Illogic, I have no doubt you find that open minded, as you seem to love terrorists to.

You still smell like a puppet, fraud!

You can laugh, but one thing you should know and especially peoples likes who hates arabs, french and most of the peoples who doesnt speak your language, is there is more money coming out of quebec than there is coming in, so your arguments doesnt hold anything, just like everything you spew in here.

Because of the special treatment Quebec recieves. Hell even one of the seperatists said it was. What does that tell you?

 LOGIC as usual calling people names, this time moron and retarded??? where are the moderators when you need them...

And since Logic has linked the Nazi's with this post, and already commented on the Middle-East I can't help but add that the Nazi's do have a lot in common with the problem in the Middle East.

The Nazi's demanded a religous type of fanaticism and sworn allegiance to a single leader and to follow orders without question. This is also the same in North Korea with Krazzzi Kim as to not dust hims picture could get you thrown in a concentration camp, with three generations of your family. This is also the same in the Middle-East as it is a religious fanaticism and sworn allegance to Muhammad, and to follow teachings without question...interesting how history repeats itself.

The only people we continue to have problems with here in Canada, are found in in Quebec that is about 10% of the FRENCH CANADIANS which is about 3% of the population, and it is this minority, probably on welfare, that insist on discriminatory laws that pressure english to leave the province. It is absurd that they impose such stupid language laws on other, you don't see it in any other province. I say if they don't like being part fo an English speaking country then go somewhere else. l hear france lets anyone and everyone into there country...look at all the muslims now ruling that country. The Quebec 3% trouble makers forget they lost the war a long long time ago ....English should be a mandatory language for every school, and should be the one language of the entire country....

except words like croisant and ow-la-la of course... :hello1: :hello1: :hello1:

In all fairness North, I have called illogic a moron, more then once or twice. The name just seems to fit her well. It's people like her and this Muffy character, that are not mature enough to be able to run a country, and their voice and views are just as racist and biased as the asshats that would seperate the country. So they are all one in the same.

You keep calling peoples names, so i just give it back to you, and you well deserve the name of a moron, since you are a real one, don't need to justified it.
