For those who aren't playing fair will certainly
play with definitions of poverty to avoid the problem.

of thinking that calls attention to how people see
their situation and why they see it that way.
Poverty can kill the spirit. And the perception of
never-ending poverty wastefully kills hope in a person,
whereas another in poverty somehow finds hope.
