I've been trying to read, but I've got Miles Davis 'Kind of Blue' on - it's supposedly in the background, but that trumpet is extraordinarily invasive when the cat starts to really blow, man blow! 8)
Goodbye to you my trusted friend
We've known each other since we were nine or ten
Together we've climbed hills and trees
Learned of love and ABC's
Skinned our hearts and skinned our knees
Goodbye my friend it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that spring is in the air
Pretty girls are everywhere
Think of me and I'll be there
We had joy we had fun we had seasons in the sun
But the hills that we climbed were just seasons out of time
It just keeps going around and around and around and around and around and around in my head!
Actually I am listening to KGO 810 from San Fran a very good left leaning talk radio station, I was listening to KTLK from LA earlier, another good non neocon station.
It could be a different one. I also spelled it wrong...it's Randi, not Randy.
I listen through Real Player on the internet.
Air America has about 70 stations now, I think. As far as I know, most of the programming comes out of New York. It's not bad for US talk radio. There are too many ads, but there's a lot more humour and a lot less yelling and screaming than conservative talk radio offers. The people are brighter too.
