the landlord and some hired help cleaning (with industrial strength equipment) half of a duplex (neighborhood) after the tennants moved. Gosh, the place needs fumigation as said tennants left a horrific mess. (damned near gutted the place :evil: So far TWO giant sized dumpster containers have been filled. and not anywhere near finished. Work in progress..
