Whale Wars : Sea Shepherd, Whales, Whaling : Animal Planet
There is the link. Basically it is a show about the ship "Steve Erwin" and the crews attempt to stop whaling in the Antartic. They are all volunteer and they try to disable the Japanese whaling vessels or throw bottles of foul smelling liquid on board them to make life miserable.
What makes me shake my head is that they do not know how to run a ship, follow proceedures and whine like heck when the Japanese fight back.

I think that is the sympathy card. Everyone loved Steve Irwin. He was a little daffy and never got rattled. Even when he did that crazy stunt with his kid he never let them get the best of him.

Steve was a legend gone WAY before his time.

I'd like to see a whale or animal show with no people yakking on the show and no sappy music. Just the animals and the sounds of nature. This show has too many people on it.
I'm hoping the whales eat a few people on this show if they ever get a chance. But whales don't eat people.

Yeah Mr.Watson of greenpeace..Said (something along the lines of)they will know when the show is successfull when it ends!..lol...So I guess we should all hope whaling ends !?..I think the show will be on for quite some time..Unfortunatley ...
It is good to see the good guys win once in a while...Brings attention to the beauty of an amazing animal even if it's not in such a good light..

So far Watson has only shown how incompetent Captain and crew are.

If you are saying the crew of the Steve Irwin are good guys... I assure you...they aren't winning. The Japanese Whalers are making them look like amateurs.
Paul Watson says he wants to put the whalers factory ship on the bottom of the ocean and then gets bent out of shape when the Japanese throw flash bangs or bolts at the zodiaks...who in turn are throwing butriac acid on the ships.
Last season Watsons boys boarded a whaler at sea and then claimed his people were being held hostage!
They were held hostage, dummy. They boarded to deliver a cease and desist order and then were held illegally for four days. Godspeed, Sea Shepherds.

Probably nothing favorable. I think he was bright enough that he'd tell them they are using their energies in a misguided manner however noble their cause is.

These banana brains off the Sea Shepard (aka Steve Irwin) boarded a Japanese ship illegally on the high seas from a zodiak rubber boat. They were detained by the Japanese. They are lucky they are not in jail and were let go. They should have been detained and taken back to Japan to face charges.
The cease and desist order was bogus and made up and had no legal backing. The Japanese at this time are there legally.
