By God's will, I'll reply for the misconceptions of disbelievers: which they say with or without purpose.
This is the reply to the post 37.
The disbeliever took part of the aya, so as to disprove God's word, while the answer is very obvious.
Therefore this is the interpretation of the aya as a whole.
Quran 3: 4, which means:
{
54. Then, the [Jews] devised plotting [against Jesus, so as to kill him],
and God devised [against them, so that He made another man similar to Jesus in shape whom they crucified, and Jesus was saved from them];
the Best of devisers b is God.}
......................................................................
54
b i.e. the most just and fair among devisers; because the devising is two kinds: good and evil; like His saying – be glorified – in the Quran 35: 43, which means:
(
The evil plotting overwhelms only those who do it.)
The evil plotting (or devising) is the perfidy and hypocrisy;
while
the good plotting (or devising) is like that you invite a man to goodness and righteousness, but he refuses that, so you plot for him and he will have benefit and advantage because of your plotting for him, and such plotting is good and plausible.

Comment:
So the enemy of God perverted the meaning by the translation to say: that God deceives, while it is not like this; but God designs and plans for disbelievers, until He terminates them totally, and save the believers from their wickedness.
The 'good designing or planning' is like that of Prophet Abraham when he arranged a trick for disbelievers: he broke up all their idols except the big idol, then he put the ax on the neck of the big idol, then when his people asked him, he said: the big idol did that, because it refuses that you worship any idol apart from it, so ask it, and let it answer you!
Therefore, this is an example of the good designing or planning and
it is not the deceiving, because
God does not deceive anyone.
An example of the good devising or planning is when your son has a bad habit, and he is stubborn to your advice, so you show him the examples of others having the same bad habit and what was their outcome, so that your son will be convinced and desist from his bad habit.
