As I wrote many times on this forum, the USA imperialists lost Vietnam as well as Afghanistan & Iraq because it failed to get the majority of those people on its side. These wars of treason are not about spreading good American values but about generating war profits for the wealthy elites. They have all been lost from Day One. Nothing will change that truth.
As opposed to WWII, when all the Germans and Japanese just wubbed us.

As CONSERVATIVE Anthony Sutton wrote, it would not have happened if Republicans from Wall Street did not finance the rise of Hitler and his cohorts.

imperialistic terrorism of the worse kind
That is the Government that is in charge using actions to keep the citizens in fear and as such there is no challenge to what the ones with the sword do as far as protecting the people or inflicting damage on those same people.

When a corrupt government begins to lose their control their efforts to remain in control approach insane methods make that period of time the most dangerous.

Bots could provide the service to all the businesses that cater to unemployed people who have a middle class income now that greed in the manufacturing industry was cures as you can't bribe a bot. First jobs on the chopping block should be bankers but it will be social workers instead. You know, the industry where the host despises the clients as they think they are the cause of their own problems. A photo should be taken when they get their pink slip and an appointment with a social worker that is a a bot, a polite, super efficient bot at that.

The rest of the population is already trained in on-line shopping so half the reason for leaving home at all is removed and broadband takes a big chunk out of the rest of the reasons to need malls and office complexes and the congestion that comes with all of that starting with that thing called 'rush hour' that start with an alarm going off and then a mad rush that only ends when the time clock has been punched.
People, when left to their own devices have a tendency to vary what is wake up and sleep times that spans all 24 hours when a large group is considered. Bots are on the job as long as the power switch is in the 'On' position. People have to 'get ready' for work and then 'wind-down' after it is over and then they can go and do whatever it is that they find fun and relaxing. Unemployment is only a concern if a few have it, when 80% or more have it it is an industry waiting to be given a direction and vacations and hobbies are a good starting point as the will create a need for many new bots and after awhile the people will see that having 90%+ of the people working just to survive in peace-time is a sign that something is broken and it needs to be fixed.

If unemployment ends up with a 'relaxed population' while important things like tending the fields and building things is taken care of by bots should be taken advantage of while it can. Just don't burn the books that tell us how to survive without bots.

War is the ignorance and arrogance of mankind. A justification to kill one another rooted in politics, religion and greed. It should be the last resort, but is often the first choice. War is rich and or old men sending young healthy ones to die. War is destruction. War is the abandonment of empathy and humanity.

Robots Are Coming for Jobs of as Many as 800 Million Worldwide
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...-for-jobs-of-as-many-as-800-million-worldwide

gotta clear the board of some useless eaters
Think of that as new internet subscribers and all sorts of time to be on-line. Those 800M jobs aren't up to the task of getting all the goodies to all the people and that should be the goal so why not replace them with somebody who can include 8B people without it being a burden on anybody. A bot doesn't care if it makes 10 items or 100.

Sometime sticking to a plan that was hatched 150 years ago just isn't a workable solution anymore and a few updates are needed. One change being there becomes 800M world travelers rather than 800M more useless eaters.
As long as Canada has ice for sale we have a commodity that is in demand by those who do not have any. (ice from salt water in Hudson Bay is about as pure as you will find on the planet) Out of curiosity, could people with access to salt water in Calif just put it in the freezer and as ice forms just take the ice out and put it in the fridge as 'potable drinking water'. A high salt content would sterilize the water of other bacteria and the freezing part after has the salt being left behind and the ice is fresh water when melted. With enough filters a water bottling company could sell ditch water and it would be just as pure mountain snow-melt.

War is . . . greed. It . . . . is . . . . the first choice. War is rich men . . . . . is the abandonment of empathy and humanity.
War is about $$$$. Any other stated reason is a cover story and a little walk along the path of the money trail will show that to be true in 100% of the wars from time immoral. Right after lust, but that is more individual than a group activity.

Yeah. The aboriginals of North America and the British Isles maintained what were essentially vendettas, probably for thousands of years.

It made us strong.

... and stupid-stubborn.

The Celts weren't the aboriginals of the British Isles.
