Looks like he's a company driver.. not sure.. can't see "Leased to" on the side of door.

Hopefully they'll be able to get enough information from the video to make an arrest. That trucker is lucky that if (when) he gets caught he isn't facing a vehicular manslaughter charge instead of whatever charges he'll be facing.
