Don't be obtuse ITN...Emery is a prominent and politically active figure...and it's no secret that his views directly oppose those coming out of the White House...so he is yet another political prisoner that my government will do nothing to help...

OK, I'll be a little more obtuse since you fancy personal attacks.
It's easier for you to believe, your government is full of traitors, and yet Canadians have voted for the same party for 12 years. It's easier for you to believe that your government has ordered the RCMP to break Canadian laws and extradite a Canadian citizen to a foreign country.

It's easier for me to believe if the RCMP is arresting someone for providing illegal subtances across the border that an extradition treaty comes into play.

It is much simpler and easier to "believe" what one WANTS to believe. Digging deep into a situation, might reveal some ugly truths.

the question has crossed many minds. We all know that the US(G) has many "secret" prisons. And NO ONE knows what goes on there. NO ONE is allowed anywhere near the places and can get shot on sight . This includes the Red Cross and other humanitarian org.

If anyone thinks , we will be privy to how this is going to be handled (full disclosure).......they are living in a dream world. (or the new planet they found)

It's easier to believe that the RCMP would have left this case alone until our politicians decided to either bin or pursue the proposed marijuana legislation had they not been asked to make an arrest by their U.S. counterparts.
