Has anyone else notice lately CTV News Net moving to the right?

Canada is traditionally a Liberal (Left-Wing, not necessarily the Party) country. Perhaps one of the most Liberal in the world. Fusing right-wing policies in this country is like pouring oil on gasoline -- they won't properly mix.

The last bit of the clip was PURE window dressing. If the concerns of the people are sooo desirable by the Cons, then why aren't they listening to the majority of Canadians who demand that Harper re-direct his stance against Israel?

Since I worked ay CTV for almost two years I can say getting your news from them is the centre-right lazy mans way of getting the news. They basically cut and paste other ppls news and do there own spin on it, thats it. CNN, CBC, BBC even, dare I say Fox news are all better sources then CTV.

In reading a book of essays by Malcolm Muggeridge, I learned that George Orwell told him the "Ministry of Truth" in his book 1984 was based on the BBC, where Orwell had worked. (As had Muggeridge)

The CBC was of course based on the BBC.

And I've been calling the CBC "the Ministry of Truth" for years.

Gotta love it.

It seems the CBC will be losing the NHL coverage soon, as other networks are offering a far greater amount for the rights. As to why the CBC covers more of the Leafs,it's cost effective to drive a crew across town rather than to another city. For the record, the only Canadian news source I watch is CTV Newsnet.
