You guys take over.

excuse me???? Let's not forget who STARTED this mess. willingly , willfully and with intent.

Now......if the Iraqis ask for help......along with the UN ( to lend it some credibility- <as the USG has none>...... that too would change the whole scenario.

The only way the USG can redeem itself now....in this situation.....is to start telling the TRUTH.

You do recall the UN left Bagdad when the clowns blew a hole in their building in Baghdad?

It could have asked for UN troops to guard its building in Iraq. It didn't. They had an easy excuse, took the easy way out. They could have gone back to their member nations to request troops and push the matter.

They didn't.

I also mentioned to you how the Europeans acted in Yugoslavian wars in the 90s. Their own backyard !
They waited almost 8 years until America under Clinton took the bull by the horns.

I also mentioned that Canada's concern for massacres in the Sudan's Dafur warrants only a righteous 200.

The world might be right about it hating American policy, hating the Nazi Bush Amerika, but little does the world own up to its singular lack of guts.

And if they wrangled some authority from the Americans while working with them, well you tell me who trusts who here?

The clowns are counting on the world.

And I'm amazed you aren't reading account after account of the clowns going after the Iraqis.

Take a break from the Bush festival.

Look around.

account after account of the clowns going after the Iraqis.

for these incidents etc......check Iraq updates thread. Try to post new developments on there. Please feel free to add info as you find it. Every bit of information helps.

( btw: not sure there is anything "clownish" about these groups.....whoever they are.)

Don't think one should elevate" guts" to the standard the US does. Furthermore ......there is all kinds of courage in this world. Not defending those that make inappropriate decisions.... seems that is the way of todays political world.

I also don't think there is much to be achieved by "hating" the Bush cabal etc......as that sure puts every one in a very bad mood. Some semblence of middle ground must be found where everyone benefits.....particularly the troubled areas.

Ok......some might actually "hate" the bush cabal......but for the most part , most simply want that gang of misfits , warmongers to be out of the white house .....with someone with some reason and common sense at the helm.

In the end, the world will do nothing.

It's needle is stuck on the Hate-Nazi-Amerika record (too bad the metaphor is as obsolete and therefore meaningless as the device referenced) as it sips its wine, enjoys its comfortable benefits, wags a finger, sips a little more wine, and sings the song of morality.

Too bad the French, the Germans and the Russians did not forgive 100 percent of the debt Saddam owes them for contract work performed on oil infrastructure, electricity, nuclear power, Italian landmines, and all sorts of EU stamped goodies.

Not like anyone gives a rats ass to give the new country of Iraq a chance.

They're stuck on that American blunder.

And see nothing else.

Like you said, there ain't no way, the world is going to come in now and help.

They can't even help Dafur on their own. They say America needs to do something.

And reason and common sense?

No one is reliable.

Did you see the Brits who never wrote a constitution (LOL but built great court precedents and common law) and the other EU members who compiled a bizzarre 500 page constitution equal to our own ridiculous American tax code come in to Baghdad to advise the Iraqis on how to write a constitution ?

Irony and hypocrisy compounded on top of irony and hypocrisy.

And the clowns continue.

Pick one.

I wonder if you were in charge, might you find how impossible your job is ?

Don't you like to be tied up, Ocean Breeze ???
