There is no need for looking for any blame. If anything, perhaps responsibility, but personally, nothing more.

The original reason why I responded was because someone said they already were dealing with enough Grievance

If it's true, I hope they can prove that without divulging the folks' names - that would just compound the grievance done to these folks.

An actual or supposed circumstance regarded as just cause for complaint.
b. A complaint or protestation based on such a circumstance. See Synonyms at injustice.
2. Indignation or resentment stemming from a feeling of having been wronged.
3. Obsolete a. The act of inflicting hardship or harm.
b. The cause of hardship or harm.

The only people who did harm were the two who knocked boots together and decided to marry. I'm sure if they decided to take 5 mins to just check a little of each other's background, based on the situation, this might have been prevented. Nobody restricted the information from them. I imagine by the time they're able to marry, one would also be able to access this sort of information as well, or at least a DNA test.

Either way, there is no grievance to exist was my point. I just like explaining both side of an argument just to help explain the obvious.
