Whatever I was pointing out that he was a she and she is anti Trump that held the release to review.

That means that there is something that may not be constitutional about releasing the POTUS tax returns if Ginsburg responded to the case. IMO

So does that mean the Dems. should drop the obstruction of Congress charge now until after the ruling? If the court rules in the Dems. favor and then he refuses to turn over documents, that is when the Dems. may have a case for obstruction and may get a bi-partisan vote.
