Look at the Senate! Cannot for the life of them pass a bill to deal with covid or obamacare or just spending in general - but when they want to confirm someone for the Supreme Court? They can get that done in days.

The Trump gang has only one objective. Gain power, maintain power........ and stay in POWER. It is all about power. and then abuse of same. That is why they are pushing the nomination. Another Trump justice would give them a majority in the supreme court. Ie they are stacking the deck.

Kinda misleading no? this in your article says the probe isn't over just Bash so far hasn't charged anyone

Bash announced his resignation from the Justice Department last week, citing his desire to go into private practice. At the time of his resignation, Kupec said Bash's successor, Gregg Sofer, will take over any investigations Bash was overseeing, but did not comment specifically on the unmasking probe.

Yes the newest justice has nothing to say about anything. She will proudly take her place beside the rapist as Trump's hand-picked yesperson. She should be very proud to be selected by such a specimen

‘Kisses Dictators’ Butts’: Republican Ben Sasse Gave Blistering Condemnation Of Trump In Audio Of Town Hall:

Asked by a constituent about his relationship with Trump, Sasse highlighted what they have in common briefly launching into an extended criticism of Trump, according to audio of the call obtained by the Washington Examiner.

Sasse, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, alleged Trump “kisses dictators’ butts” and “sells out our allies,” even going so far as to say he has “flirted with white supremacists.”

Trump “ignored” coronavirus and then “went into full economic shutdown mode” while proposing sub-part mitigation measures, Sasse claimed, summing up his pandemic leadership as not being “reasonable or responsible or right.”

Sasse repeated accusations made by many never-Trump Republicans that Trump doesn’t embody traditional conservative values in his lack of concern for the deficit and his private ridicule of evangelicals, also echoing vocal concerns from some of his GOP Senate colleagues that Trump may have hurt Republicans in Congress electorally.

Sasse's spokesperson James Wegmann confirmed the comments to Forbes while asserting in a statement that Sasse is only focused on maintaining GOP control of the Senate, which he said is far more important than control of the White House.

A couple things about Russia is that they have a very low debt to GDP and the second largest gold reserve in the world.

Putin may not do things the way others want him to but his house is in order and another country where there is very little trade at the micro level with regular Canadians.

Would be very hard to buy Russian stock holdings and there is no reasonable explanation for why this is. With RBC the menu has two choices Canada and USA.
