This seems to be a repeating story every 4 or 8 years where an outgoing president pardons a whole bunch of criminals. The collection of criminals dependent upon party affiliation. It's too bad that the founding fathers didn't put some sort of clause restricting that power in the last 6 months of a president's term. It's always wrong regardless of which president does it.
