I'm assuming his intent was to take out the leftist party but the ironic part is that the Liberals have swung further left of the NDP.

In fact, they've really shocked me as to how much they are pushing on climate change and the environment.

It's clear that they want to hold on to those would be NDP voters.

I think he could have still won, but the margin for error was very slim.
