With parole eligibility after 7 years. It's up to us, the general population, to see that this S.O.B. NEVER gets to see the light of day.

Actually, JLM..........it is still up to the courts. Vader's lawyer was quick to announce that he would be appealing the decision. Don't look to see this going away anytime soon. This vile creature has managed to work our justice system to the max albeit aided by a judge who wasn't up on the law. I was relieved to hear that he had been given life and that all of his statements about ill-treatment were proven to be nothing more than symptoms of a fevered, sick and depraved imagination simply a continuation of the lies that this self-serving piece of detritus has served up all along.

The death penalty does have it's benefits..............................cost savings for one! (and I don't want to hear arguments about the cost of appeals)

Rotting slowly in jail while freedom beckons just beyond the borders of his prison cell is a much better place for him, JLM. That and being turned down repeatedly every time he applies for parole.

As long as he pays his own way both in jail and all legal challenges.

He's a drug addict, ts......I have no idea who is paying for his lawyer, but it sure is not this puke.

Is there no one in the system with enough gumption to decree there are no more services for this turkey for 7 years & then just a note dropped in his cell to say parole has been postponed.
