Glad they won but certainly really concerned about bullpen right now.

I think this is also only the 2nd series they have won this year (the first against the really struggling Yankees).

And not to be too negative but tomorrow is another Dickey start.

oh thanks, i'll remember to skip that game. yes, if the starters can do well, they don't have to
rely on the bullpen, but if the bullpen never pitch they won't improve, a lose lose situation,
how about just acquiring some new bullpen guys, they did bring someone up from minors when
colabella was suspended, don't remember his name, or if he has pitched yet.

TORONTO -- Matt Dominguez is back in the big leagues after a two-year absence, and if he plays his cards right, the 26-year-old might stick around for the long haul.

Toronto promoted Dominguez from Triple-A Buffalo prior to Tuesday night's game against the White Sox. He technically takes the spot of right-hander Drew Hutchison, who was optioned to the Minors in a corresponding move, but in reality this is the replacement for Chris Colabello.

Really hoping RA can pitch a decent game today and the bats keep stepping up to the plate and doing their part. If things go awry early I will be switching to the Pens vs Caps game.

tulo's hitting is slowly coming around, one step forward, then two back, but those forward steps
do show hope for him.

since he has come into the major league about ten years ago, he has had less errors than any
other short stop playing the game. he has made so many outs, and all the while making the play
look easy, which it wasn't,it is amazing, heads and shoulders above 'rias' (spell?), who played
there last year, many errors which hurt the team.

there has been more home runs against dickie than any other pitcher in the majors this year.
he is pathetic in my opinion.

martin strikes out all the time, I've not seen a catcher who is such a poor hitter, they are usually
good at bat, with a great eye for a strike and ball, he is awful in that respect.

I love the game, win or lose, both teams, love the strategy, all the plays, its just a great game,
I like the jays to win, but actually I don't really care for myself, just for them, doesn't change
my day at all.

Justin Smoak was the hero of the day as he hit a homer in the 9th to tie the game with Texas then followed that with a 2-run walk-off homer in the 10th giving the Jays a 3 - 1 win over the Rangers.

Salvaged a game where the offence did didly squat (2nd game in a row). Just when their pitching seems to stabilize ...

we were very excited for him, and obviously the rest of his team as well. that is offense and it came
just at the right time to win the game.

I think tulo needs a sports psychologist, he now seems paralized at bat, and completely frustrated, so
something has to happen with him, as he certainly can't focus and concentrate properly when his brain
has seized up, I feel sorry for him, and martin isn't any better.

Just switched from the Pens game in time to see Russel Martin come through in the 9th with a single that scored the winning run of the game for the Jays. They win 4 - 3 and are 2 up on the Rangers now in the series.

yeah, we just watched it too, nice win, good pitching on both sides, and martin will never grow
another beard, since he shaved it off, he has had a couple of hits. lol

The Bats came back!!!! Final 12 - 2. It was a wonderful game to day. Jays got 5 in the first, 6 in the 2nd then the last run came in the 8th. Happ went 7 innings and pitched a great game. Jays take this series too and are close to 500 again. YEAH JAYS!

Nervous making 9th inning today as the Jays almost, almost gave up a 5 - 2 lead but the Universe prevailed and the Jays take the first game of their series against the Dodgers. First time this year the Jay's have a 4-game winning streak. Kevin Pillar is the hero of the moment with a 3-run homer in the 8th that gave the Jay's the lead. Beaut of a homer for Kevin who has really been stepping up for the Jays. This is the 3rd homer he's hit that has given the Jays the lead.

Tomorrow is Kershaw against the Jays offense. Should be good battle. Only issue is Dickey is pitching for us. Hopefully he pitches another good game.

Looking forward to watching Kershaw today even though he is pitching against the Jays. Here we go. GO JAYS, GO!

Jay's down 4 - 2 bottom of the 7th. Jays at bat right now. Dickie went all 7 innings so far. Kershaw living up to his rep.

Lady Jays setting up booth at tomorrows game to help raise funds for the Red Cross and Fort Mac. You rock, ladies.

Dodgers take the game 6 - 2. Jay's defense made some uncharacteristic errors which along with lack of runs doomed them. Kevin Pillar made his first Superman catch of the year - nabbing the ball soundly as he was completely extended and in full flight - a thing of beauty that.

Estrada on the mound tomorrow and a chance for the Jays to win this series. One thing I don't understand is why they switched the batting order again. After Pillar went further down the ladder, he really came alive at bat and Michael was doing just fine top of the order.
