1 US dollar costs 1.3825 Canuckian. Shades of about 15 yrs ago.

I just ordered some steel from the US. It's heavy. With shipping and the exchange, my wallet will take a beating. Good for US tourists coming north though.

Speaking of which, I'm waiting for a machine that I ordered fourteen weeks ago to turn up from the Fatherland.

... any day now ...

It just needs it's CSA rating stuff and 600V 3 phase power supply (Neither the Yanks nor Germans do those)

Get a transformer. It is probably cheaper.

No, the supplier of the machine gets the transformer, installs it, does the CSA certification part and then turns it over to us. I didn't buy a kit. I ordered an automatic unit ... complete with Technokraut to oversee the installation.
