So , having never been close , is it or is it not rat infested ? In Vancouver the feral cats on the waterfront are never alone due to the size of the rats . They always are in pairs . And you wouldn’t want to sleep in many of the downtown east side hotels . Am I allowed to tell truth about my home ?
