And Canada "unknowingly" sells DP to the US and how it will be used. Are they criminals also?

Yes.

Edited to add: I would feel differently if we really didn't know, but it's such a thin lie that our leaders should face separate charges for thinking we're that stupid.

RE: Time to Impeach a War

Where in international law does it say that suppliers are culpable? In Canada, if someone shoots another to death, is the gun manufacturer liable?

Oh give me a break Rev. That is nonsense. If thats the case every country on the planet should be locked up and the key thrown away.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Where in international law does it say that suppliers are culpable?

There are a few places in international law. I believe the Geneva Conventions are the ones usually cited.

impeach war criminal(S)....

indeed.

possible premise now could be:

If the world knew and saw that the US was dealing with the bush issue.........it might be more willing to help in Iraq. Don't think that the presence of US troops is detering them......as much as the overshadowing toxic bush equation. Don't think it is the military presence that is the detering factor as everyone can see that the situation is not stable. The deterence is BUSH and whatever he has in mind for the ongoing agenda. (due to his lies /spin etc........no sensible person can trust him.

How would one go about getting Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld etc charged for war crimes and crimes against humanity? Could one get the RCMP to arrest him, if he came on a non-state visit? Anyone have any idea?

This is the question?? If there is any justice in the world Bush and his ilk should pay for their crimes. How can this be brought to reality???.

It can only be made reality through political pressure both from within and without the United States. It can be made reality though...nobody ever thought they'd arrest Pinochet, but they did.

just caught part of the news :

T.Kennedy saying to Rumsfeld: "Isn't it time for you to resign?"

Rumsey: " I have 'offered ' to resign twice now."

cute:  offering to resign is NOT resigning.
