because sexual assault is fake news

Making an off-collar comment is sexual assault? Have you ever experienced sexual assault to tell the difference between that and an off-collar comment. I would have thought that one would not need to experience any real victimization to recognize how blown out of proportion this is.

It's so serious we should call CSIS. Your sexual proclivities might just be a cover for terrorism. Are we overreacting yet? That MP just inspired me :)

I don't know how stupid you have to be to make a remark like that, but I'm going to say pretty stupid.

You never been propositioned by a woman then?

Can't say I'm at all surprised

This is the kind of over the top reaction you should expect from any delicate, extra fragile snowflake-SJW.... No doubt these tools believe that every woman ever born have no sexuality until the very day she gets married

There are actually more than one...how shall I say this...loose-lipped females that I work with. And it's obvious all of the guys wish they had a girlfriend like that.

I'm in a blue collar job where the women really are nastier than the men in the 'racy' department. The guys know their limits, but the gals just don't care and freely speak their minds.

Depending on what a woman is propositioning a man for, it may or may not be appropriate. However, even inappropriate propositioning is still spilt milk compared to coercion sometimes even extending to rape. And yes, many women will coerce men into sex and sometimes even outright rape them. Any man or woman who has experienced some form of coercion in the past would shrug his shoulder at all but the most offensive propositions (like offering money for sex or sex for money for example). It might offend him, but he'd realize he has bigger fish to fry than a simple proposition in most cases.

A person whose worst sexual experience in his life is an off-collar comment should count himself thankful that that's the worst thing he's had to deal with.

While a woman like that might not impress me, I certainly wouldn't make an issue of it unless and until her behaviour crosses into coercion. Though I've witnessed inappropriate comments in the workplace, mostly from men but sometimes from women, I've never witnessed anything crossing into coercion, at least not in the workplace or between colleagues. If a man makes an inappropriate comment about a woman, I'll call him out on it. If a woman does, I'll ignore it figuring that I'll let other women call her out on it. Beyond that though, I won't make a fuss unless it crosses into coercion. If I ever would witness an incident in the workplace crossing the line into coercion, I'd be taking it up not with my employer but with the police.

Hoid: "Honey, why do you always close your eyes when we have sex?

Hoid's Wife: "Because I can't stand to see you having any fun."

Now of course some men might even enjoy it when his wife just grabs him by the p without his permission as the signal that she wants it. But there is a certain understanding between them in that context that he likes it and so that's not coercion since he would have shown not the slightest resistance and his body language might even encourage it.

Big difference between that and a woman needing to verbally or emotionally manipulate or blackmail him or touch him against his will or, in some cases, use physical force or even a weapon.

But even then, the mildest of coercion still hovers high above even the worst of simple proposition in severity. Even the worst off-collar comment still ranks below even the mildest proposition.

I find homophobic slurs and innuendo incredibly childish. I just pass it off as you being severely immature. Immaturity isn't a crime in my mind. I'd be embarrassed myself, if I tried that type of thing but obviously I'm not as childish as you

Hoid called the RCMP on me!! Seeing as I have some buddies on the Force, I was able to get a transcript of the phone call. Here it is...

RCMP: Hello. What is your emergency?

Hoid: A member of my internet forum said that the guys at his work secretly want to get in this girl's pants!!!

Cop: Okay. Calm down. What was his name?

Hoid: Hoof Hearted!

Cop: I don't know who farted. I'm not in the same room as you.

Hoid: No! Hoof Hearted is a real person!!

Cop: I see. Were there any witnesses?

Hoid: Yes! I believe Kreskin saw it occur!

Cop: Okay. I'm just completing my notes here. You want me to charge the guy who farted for telling a sexist joke on your web forum which was witnessed by Kreskin. I'm I correct here??

Hoid: Yes! NOW we're finally getting somewhere!!

Cop: I'll file a report this afternoon. Try to get some rest and take your medication. We also have a self-help/ substance abuse phone line available for you to call. Have a good day.
