DB, there have been so many crimes that should outrage the international community over the last 20 years that a thousand global courts, working fulltime, couldn't handle them. Bosnia, Rwanda, Darfur, Somalia and Iraq have witnessed the most grotesque and abominable acts. That's just a start. Yet if one was to scour the rap sheets would even a tiny percentage of perpetrators be found?
