What does everyone here think about this team approach to politics?

To my mind and in my experience in dealing with government, it would be naive to think one man could run a country as complex as Canada.

I think it wouldn't be as difficult as all that if you managed to surround yourself with good people and delegate enough work so that you can inspire the populous. But I would stress that there are many a pitfall that even the most clever fall into.
