You missed the fact that Judaism is not a religion in the Bible. It is an ethnic identity. This is why you do not read of "conversion" efforts among Jews historically. The one general exception being the Inquisition which accused some Judeos of trying to convert Christians - as always, not a shred of evidence was ever presented in this proceedings but the authorities in Spain, Portugal, and Italy went with it.

Judaism is a monotheistic religion. Christianity has its roots in Judaism and their close interdependence is called Judea-Christians.

I'm thinking of two pastors I knew. One was a conniving crook out for only himself. The other was one of the kindest men I've known always there during the hard times, especially when our family was losing someone. He was always there. I don't think anyone can justify any sweeping generalization of any particular group. Not all the parts are the same.

That is why Jesus was whopped by both the Jews and the Gentiles (Romans) so he wouldn't have to choose between them.
