Re: Rex Murphy: The Liberal government does not have the right to unilaterally change

One thing I've noticed quite a bit since this subject came up years ago...................the people who want the change the most are the ones who are most unhappy with the current party in power. Wonder why that is? :) :)

Re: Rex Murphy: The Liberal government does not have the right to unilaterally change

Harper and others in the Conservative Party deliberated from 96/97 to changing the Election Process but they must have been too busy concentrating on Justin's hair to allow it to happen.

... But, they didn't change it, did they.

Then again, that was now 20 years ago, a helluva long time in the past so your continued deflection from Justine's current little dictatorial experiment is nothing more than, well, a sad little deflection.

PS - 20 years ago, JT was probably in between dropping out of post grad school and taking-on his first post of part-time dwama teacher

I doubt it will happen, but then again, with this airhead anything is possible.

Re: Rex Murphy: The Liberal government does not have the right to unilaterally change

I'm done debating this. From now on, when some retard says JT has a mandate to make undemocratic changes to our electoral system, I'm just going to reply with this...

How come when you replied to 5 paradox ; "Having the power to do it, is not the same as having the moral or ethical authority to do it." wasn't considered irrelevant and childish or would you like to review your original response?
Because I have respect for Five.

I have none for you. The bulk of what you post is irrelevant and childish.

You really should work on that.

What?

It's been overwhelmingly leftists that want to do away with FPTP.

Would that be 20 year old cheese to go along with the irrefutable proof in tay's article?

Are you going to square that circle ?

Most likely it is part of a promise of a selfie with JT that is expected.

... Selfie's make everything better and budgets balance themselves

Re: Rex Murphy: The Liberal government does not have the right to unilaterally change

Yep, I confess. I'm not up on the minutiae of voting rights in a country with fewer people than California.

I've let down my family, friends, community, and country.
I really didn't put that much care into it, lol.

But have we really graduated to Cali? I thought we were still less than NY state.

Yep. Nowadays among American states only California has more useless meat puppets than the country with the second-greatest land area on the planet.
