Conspiracy phobias and paranoia does weird things to people, Boomer.

I thought Walter would be furiously masturbating to this thread.. he would have found a life long friend on CC. LOL

Personally, I'm not a big Obama fan but he is The President after all and deserves the respect he has earned to obtain that title..

Really could give a sh*t where he was born, his mother was a US citizen which makes him a US Citizen and should be allowed to run for office.. even if he was born in Canada..

Could care less about this issue where he was born..

...and your presence on this thread proves your own point. ;)

The only question I have is why a guy from Australia has such a grudge against Obama??
because the good ol' us of g government has a huge influence on our politicians here in Australia

...probably more so in Canada because we live right next door..

3 1/2 years.. just plug your nose and think of it as a bad dream which you will wake up from. Dwelling on the situation is not going to change the fact that he was re-elected and you can't do anything about it now..

This job has aged him.. maybe he'll just drop dead.

BREAKING NEWS/ No one cares about any of these scandals. Where Obama was born
the government is spying on us, we are going to have Medicare of sorts, change is happening
oh my God change is happening.
The fact is the coloured folk the Republicans ignored for a generation are going to actually vote.
All those Hispanics the AM talk shows rail against are going out to vote, the poor and the working
poor are happy the companies and rich are going to have it socked to them. and they are going
to vote.
What Republicans don't understand is all they have is negativity and scandals that people who
want medicare don't care about. They ignored these people and there is a lot more of them than
there is old white rich guys. The balance of power is shifting in America and Republicans are on
the wrong side of history and all the whining in the world won't change that for quite a while

Your PM is an atheist woman. The US cant have that much influence on things.

Seems to depend on who is in power in both countries. Trudeau and Nixon pretty much hated each other. Reagan and Mulroney loved each other. Chretien - good with Clinton, not so good with Bush.

The aging thing seems to hit everyone who goes into politics. Harper lost almost all of the colour in his hair since he has been PM. Trudeau went grey and lost almost all of his hair in office, though he was in 16 years which is fairly long. Reagan looked more or less unchanged by the time he stepped down. Maybe thats a movie star thing. They seem to age a bit slower - or not at all in some cases.

Being in that position would age you alone with stress.

Not to mention picking up the paper every day to see the negative crap printed about you and the sh*t said on TV.. R.I.P.
