Throughout the world, so-called holy men have maintained that to look at a woman is something totally wrong: they say you cannot come near to God if you indulge in sex, therefore they push it aside although they are eaten up with it. But by denying sexuality they put out their eyes and cut out their tongues for they deny the whole beauty of the earth. They have starved their hearts and minds; they are dehydrated human beings; they have banished beauty because beauty is associated with woman.Your thought as always .

Proving yet again those who seek power through abstinence within mystical or religious teachings, seek to denounce the true power of a female perhaps out of fear.

Only acceptance on the basis of equality of the genders can balance be accomplished.

Diversity of role does not indicate inequality.

Were these holy martyrs in their denial of interaction with women proved to be right, we would be a vast wasteland of animals and land with no humans to create and populate.

What a collossal folly.

I try to think in terms of generalities as male and female when discussing gender issues - a bit of biological slant rather than personal attribute.

Ok, well the Bible doesn't say anything about Woman not being Equal....Even the Koran speaks of woman as a gift of God to behold. The Problem is that these "Holy" Men you speak of just say whatever the hell they want. The often make there own mangled interpretations of passages out to be the truth when in fact they just warp it to fit their idea of what the world should know. Therefore you sholdnt be calling these men Holy men, warping the bible is not holy at all.

Female is the sex that a woman is.....just like Male is the sex of a Man.... So in fact she is a Female....
