CAIR = terrorist front group
Why does the video not show what was being said inside the building?
Cause they were training their kids to suicide bomb Teabagger headquarters around America and your name came up. I'ld go underground if I were you.

back to bed, your head is hurting again. :)
What did you expect from someone that only believes in free speech, so long as he agrees with it Iron?

CAIR = terrorist front group
Why does the video not show what was being said inside the building?

CAIR's ties to terror groups, as determined by a Court of Law.

Hey Cliffy, why don't you give freedom and free speech a try.

And what does this say of the accuser? Name calling is the lowest for of dialogue.
Ya I know, "brain dead" "retard" "wouldn't have 2 brain cells to rub together"....

You would be an expert Cliffy...Pot, meet kettle...

Hows your reality today? Still filtering it through your ideology?

I have a question, it's a little off topic, but I really need an answer to this dilemma...

I keep finding rotten carrots in the 50lbs bags I buy.

It wouldn't be so bad, but by the time I find them, they've rotted all the carrots around them.

What should I do?

That's obvious, isn't it, throw the whole damn bag out.

Yeah, I agree, name calling and bashing is usually reserved for those with a low IQ, mainly because they are capable of expressing themselves !!

Err that should read not capable !!

Good idea!

Seeing as we keep finding militant Muslims in the bag, can we throw that bag out to now?

You seem to think it's a good idea, non?

Yeah, I agree, name calling and bashing is usually reserved for those with a low IQ, mainly because they aren't capable of expressing themselves !!
Assuming you meant "aren't". Your statement is incorrect.

Many members here that sometimes, or even oft resort to name calling, do so not because they can not articulate themselves. It's simply because some people are so daft, so myopic, so stifled and sequestered by their own ideologies, they couldn't or won't, see the forest for the trees that literally fall on them.

In other words, there really is no other way to speak to people that chose to live in their own version reality, because facts prove them wrong, nine times out of ten.

I agree, facts often them wrong, but I still don't think one should name call because he does not agree, particularly if he is just expressing an opinion !!

I actually agree 100%. But we aren't talking about agreeing or not. We're talking about people bereft of critical thought, logical thought, or just plain commonsense. Preferring to live in a whole other reality, based and solely supported by a false reality contrived by their own ideology. At least that's why I chose to use name calling as a tool to identify the aforementioned individuals.

Cliffy on the other hand, is pretty much fits your description to a "T", an inability to articulate coherent arguments. Thus his continuously parroted, ignorant rhetoric about Americans and America in general.

You made my point !!

I never swear at people. I may use curse words to exaggerate a point or emphasize something though. And at this point, I didn't feel the need to use strenuous pejoratives to express the issues Cliffy has. My use of the word "pumpkin" was an endearing affectation, I normally use with small children.

You made my point !!
Not really. Your point was, people do it because they lack the verbal articulation. I think I've sufficiently proven that that is not always the case. Sometimes laziness and a lack of giving a shyte, is just easier, lol. But in most cases, it's simply because you're try to communicate with someone that seems to have the cognitive skills of penny loafer. Why dress it up if they just won't get it? Sometimes the lowest for of speech is all they can grasp, or in some cases, all they're worth.

Hmmmm, I think you mean all their opinion or idea is worth !!
Not really. I like opinions. My favourite section of any daily is the letters to the editor, and editorials.

It's in how their opinion is formulated, that I find room for verbal abuse.

If someone can clearly present a basis for their opinion, whether I agree with it or not, I still find it valid. Hell, I deplore separatists as a rule, but we have one on this board that I absolutely enjoy conversing with and enjoy our back and forth's on separation and I offer him a great deal of repect. Because he formulated a valid opinion, using tangible facts.

Where as people like Cliffy tell me, what is fact to someone, is a lie to someone else and that their are no universal truths.

That kind of half bake nonsense, is why we still have rightwingers believing there are WMD in Iraq, and lefty anti Gov't types, claiming holograms were used to trick people into believing the WTC wasn't brought down by a chemical that hadn't left the lab yet.

You did see the rolling eyes smilie, right?
Ya, but I chose to ignore it for sh!ts and giggles. Besides, I thought you were using it in the context of "No brainer"...

So you weren't then? LOL!!!
or do you need your eyes checked?
Nope.

I figured you would know me by now that I wouldn't even need to use the smilie. It was used for idiots like durry who don't have the brain power to ever figure it out.

You are right. I should not question your superior intellect, knowledge, debating skills and tolerance levels. You are the Master and I am not worthy to shine your shoes. Forgive me for having the audacity to have an opinion that you do not agree with. In the future I will consult you before I post anything. Mia culpa, mia culpa!

Another example of your selective reality. Nothing I said even remotes resembles what you are rambling about here.

You are the Master and I am not worthy to shine your shoes.
That's a given.
Forgive me for having the audacity to have an opinion that you do not agree with.
Again, a stellar example of your selective reality. I clearly and concisely explained that that is not the case.

In the future I will consult you before I post anything.
Please don't, I don't really like pulp fiction.
Mia culpa, mia culpa!
Quite.

For you post, you get a thumbs up. For removing any doubts about my assessment of you Cliffy. Carry on as you were.
