That said, oil or gas out of a shale play generally has huge IP rates, but drops like a rock once it gets moving. This pressures the development Co to continually drill, frac, etc... Expensive game.
Cdn gas still makes it down for LNG export to the Gulf Coast, those guys are up here signing contracts all the time.
Once Jordan Cove gets moving, there wil be further demand on Cdn resources as well
Now buying up cheap land in Canada for a bigger payout..
