Yeah no, I don't go to fast food places anymore.. all in home prepared food. No more Coke Cola.. water and juice (not from the store, to much sugar)
Use the Juicer to blend up apples, or whatever..
Never thought I would do a diet, but this guy doesn't ask you to buy into a diet, he just showed what worked for him ...

I watched the episode in question and in it Subway steadfastly refused to speak to the allegations on camera. The chicken sample in question was also subjected to scientific analysis, revealing that it was not a actual chicken as claimed. Here is a link to a US article on the analysis. Subway girl puts on gloves to stay clean, keeps the gloves on, to ring a customer out touching money, and still keeps the same gloves on to finish the sandwich. :roll:
...and in Calgary orders a sandwich, and the meat dropped into an unclean area, and the girl picked it up and tossed it on the sandwich.. I refused the order and it was the last time I ever went to a Subway Restaurant.
At least the subway Pedofile is getting a long stretch.
