Yeah it really wasn't that bad. In fact I'm trying to figure out exactly how 23 some odd people died in the US from this storm system. I believe most reports claimed they were mostly traffic related accidents.

Learn to Drive people.... just because you have an SUV, doesn't mean you can still fly down the highway, at highway speeds during a snow/ice storm and expcet you're gonna fly through like a train on rails.

I've seen video clips from the US and people were seriously flying down the road and you can see exactly where they loose control and wrap around a telephone pole....

Common Sense people.

But back to the weather here we just had.... meh.... I've seen much worse then that before. But the fact that a storm of this size hit one week before we actually hit the winter season is interesting.

It's a nice change from staring at brown grass all the time.

But also in addition, I didn't loose any power and I was at work the following day..... I honestly don't see why they needed to cancel school.
