I like the flat tax idea 15% or 20% of everything you buy. and give a credit or refund to those who have a low incomes- I think it would work quite well and has an added benefit of cutting Revenue Canada down to size.

Really. You hire and train your own personal physician and surgeons? You personally make ammunition and combat equipment for the military, and build all of the infrustructure you drive over? Or you write personal cheques to the contractors and professionals?
